The will itself is assembled and delivered from servers operated by Copious Ltd in the United Kingdom and is not stored in a public cloud. Email is sent through Resend, Inc., acting as our processor; the message and its attachment pass through their systems in the course of delivery and are not retained by us. This website is served through Cloudflare, which processes server logs as our processor.
Nobody, except: our processors above; our panel law firm, only if you ask for an introduction, and only the details needed for that introduction; and anyone we are required to share it with by law. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Because we delete the will after delivery, we will usually not hold a copy to give you; keep your own.
This site sets one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in during the prototype period. It sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
The service is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
